Q: Why don’t the lights come on or are flickering after I install the floor lamp with shelves?
A: Firstly, please make sure to tighten each nut after installing the floor lamp shelves and adjusting the height of each shelf , otherwise the shelf floor lamp will not come on or the lights will flicker due to poor contact with the stainless steel tubes. Secondly, Check if the shelves are in the order of 1-2-3-4-5 from bottom to top and each shelf is oriented in the same direction.
Q: Why does my floor lamp shelf only have the top light on and the other lights don’t come on anymore?
A: You have turned on the reading mode(Only the top light on). If you want to turn on all the lights, just long press the lighting button on the shelf to turn off the top light, and then long press the lighting button again to turn on all lights again.
